Your profile:
• Degree in civil engineering
• Construction technicians with appropriate professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management
• Extensive knowledge of shell construction
• Very good knowledge of accounting for construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of work preparation, process planning and scheduling
• Good knowledge of construction contracts
• Good IT-Skills
• Category B driver’s license

• Manage site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions of regional shell construction projects
• Ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels as you will be the
contact person for clients, employees and subcontractors
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
• Organization and coordination of the construction site
• Coordination of (young) site managers
