You will be our company’s image to specialist planners and authorities as well as to the executing companies on the construction site.
Your profile:
• Completed degree as a (civil) engineer, master craftsman or technician with comparable knowledge. A master’s degree in a construction-related field is an added advantage, but not necessary.
• Several years of professional experience in the execution of structural engineering projects in the field of technical building equipment
• Expert knowledge of the relevant technical standards/regulations
• Analytical thinking, a high level of commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting complete your profile
• Resilient self-motivation, ability to work under pressure, reliability, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn new things are highly appreciated

Your field of activity:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Independent site management (HOAI work phase 8) and participation in work phases 6, 7 and 9
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
