IBB-HIB Romania owns since March 2017 a semi-mobile asphalt mixing plant AMMANN SB160 - with a production capacity of 160 to/h and a total mix storage capacity of 40 tons.

The plant can produce any type of asphalt mix, and IBB-HIB Romania now has 35 of its own asphalt mix recipes certified according to the standards and legislation in force.
The asphalt concrete produced by IBB-HIB is certified and monitored annually by the certification body ALL CERT PRODUCT by obtaining annual endorsements on the certificates of conformity of the factory production control No. 2232-CPR-564 for asphalt concrete and No. 2232-CPR-577 for asphalt concrete with high mastic content.

Asphalt mixtures produced by IBB-HIB Romania can be used for wearing courses, binder courses, reprofiling and base courses for roads and other traffic areas:
