Code of Ethics

The purpose of the Code of Ethics and Conduct is to encourage all persons connected with IBB-HIB Romania to adhere to the highest standards of conduct as part of their commitment to comply with laws, legislation, contracts, procedures and ethical principles.
Compliance with the company's Code of Ethics is mandatory for all IBB-HIB Romania employees, regardless of the type of contract or agreement that defines their employment relationship, the position held or the geographical location in which they work. IBB-HIB Romania also encourages all its business partners: suppliers, contractors, collaborators and other partners to adopt principles and values similar to those set out in this Code.
