Your profile:
• Completed training as a master mechanic or technical training, ideally with additional training as a master mechanic or construction machine master
• several years of experience in the position of foreman or workshop manager
• Good assertiveness

Your field of activity:
• Organize, prioritize and coordinate all workshop orders
• Supervise automotive personnel and technicians to ensure their services meet the standards of quality in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for a smooth and efficient process in the workflow
• Look after and advise technically the Customers
• Supervise the operations to ensure timely and quality repairs that meet the requirements of customers
• You observe and interpret workshop-relevant key figures and derive measures from them in coordination with the management
